SHIPPING

We ship all books within 24 hours of receiving your order. All shipments are by Australia Post. Delivery times are 3 to 5 business days within Australia, and 5 to 10 business days to all other countries. Delivery times are subject to your local postal service schedules.

Please place a separate Order for each delivery address.

If you require Express delivery, please contact us by phone or email.

TAXES

Shipments within Australia are GST inclusive.

We will make every effort to ensure a timely delivery of your order. If there are any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service for immediate assistance.

If you receive a damaged book, you may choose to receive a full refund, or a replacement book. We request that you return the damaged book to us.

If you have not received your order in a timely fashion, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for shipments which are lost because the purchaser submitted incorrect address information to us.
